New Video: Clear Soul Forces’ “BPSWR”

DZI: The Voice

Michigan Hip Hop group Clear Soul Forces was forged from four solo artists’ impromptu all night studio session in 2009. Hometown rap legend Royce da 5’9” was present at the lab that day, and he suggested Ilajide, E-Fav, Noveliss and L.A.Z. combine to form a musical powerhouse. Six years later CSF is one of the leading voices in the “Detroit Vs Everybody” Hip Hop movement.

The four man crew is set to return with their new EP Fab 5ive on April 28th. To kick off the project, Clear Soul Forces dropped the visuals for the single “BPSWR (BackPackerSubWooferRap).” The track was produced by Nameless, and the video was directed by Richard Taylor. Fab 5ive follows CSF’s previous projects – the Detroit Revolution(s) LP and The Departure EP.
